題目: 修行 & 修持
‘修行’ 究竟有沒有 ‘唯一的方向’ ? 但我肯定是 – 沒有 “只有單一的方法”！

修行的意思是什麼
這個 ‘收’ 是修理的 ‘收’
是修正的 ‘修’
是修正偏差
修理惡習慣
還有是修集的修
是
學習的意思
練習的意思
所以在英文我們叫修行可能有兩個字
一個是CULTIVATE
那另外一個叫做PRACTICE
兩個字的意思是
用我們的身心奉獻來做一樣什麼的事
以及我很努力的在練習
練習
練習著一些什麼事
什麼動作
我們是佛法講的修持或者修行
修正
修理
修習我們的身囗意三種行為
修我們身體的行為
嘴巴語言的行為
以及我們的思想行為
偏差或者是負面的
醜惡面的
把它修理
修理
修整
還有修一次行不行
不行的
我們往往有一種惡習慣
想一下子把它改變是不容易的

要一次一次的來修習
練習了
一次失敗沒有關係再來一次
這是改良
改變我們的行為也需要練習
練習

另外
修行不一定是負面的
而是正面的
過去我們沒有把做的好事
現在我們要做
這也是叫做修習
練習的時候往往會失敗的
開始在練習會失敗的

因此做任何事
正面的一定是繼續不斷的要修習
你才能夠真正的來達成你修行的成果
這個叫做修持了
不斷的修習
不斷的修行
不斷的練習
繼續的練習
持之以行
持久不斷
持續的做下去
這個叫做修持
練習著持久不斷
那也叫做修持
我們希望
不但是要修行
而要修持
那這樣子的話你要想完成什麼樣子的目的或成果
一定可以完成的
否則的話半途而廢
一曝十寒
那就不叫修持了

What does it mean to practice Budhism
It means to fix something
And correct something
Correct deviations
Fix bad habits
It also means to learn
Learn and practice
We have two possible terms, therefore, in English
One is ‘cultivate’
And the other is ‘practice’
These words mean doing something by sacrificing our body and mind
I have been practicing hard
Practicing
Practicing something
Some moves
We are talking about practicing Buddhism
To correct
To fix
To study our bodies, our words and our minds
The actions committed by our bodies
The actions committed by our mouths
The actions committed by our minds
Deviations may be negative
And ugly
Get them fixed
Corrected
Sorted
And just once is not enough
It won’t work
We often have bad habits
And it is not easy to change them in one go

We need do it over and over again
Practice it
It’s ok to fail. Just try again
It is an improvement
We need to practice changing our behavior
Practice
——–
And practicing isn’t necessarily negative
It is positive
What we haven’t done properly in the past
Can be done properly now
That is also a kind of practice
We may fail when we practice
We may fail when we start practicing
——–
That is why
Keep practicing what is right
Then you can achieve the results
And that is cultivation
Keep learning
Keep cultivating
Keep practicing
Continue to practice
Never give up
Keep going
Continue on
That is cultivation
Continue to practice and never stop
That is cultivation
We want to not just practice
But to cultivate
Then whatever objectives or results you may want to achieve
Can be accomplished
But if you give up half way through
Efforts are wasted
And it is no longer cultivation
